• You may include up to 1–2 styling preferences in your order notes. We will make every effort to honour your primary request, with your secondary preference considered subject to availability. (No guarantee but we will try our best, as it’s subject to availability)

• Every Grab Bag is carefully packed at random, offering a unique mix tailored to your selected size. Please proceed only if you are comfortable with the element of surprise.

• Pieces may include past-season favourites or unreleased designs, some of which may not be available online.

• As cutting and fabrication differ across collections, size variations are expected. This means you may receive items that run slightly smaller or larger.

• If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting one size up for the best fit.

• Due to manufacturing differences, certain pieces may arrive without tags, but rest assured that all items are brand new.

• Should you receive a defective piece, kindly email us for assistance—we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
