EXCHANGE
At The Design Closets, we seek to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Customer are allow to do an exchange if purchased the wrong size.
• Kindly email us at hello@thedesignclosets.com to request for an exchange within 7 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 21 calendar days for international orders without exception
• You will receive an email with exchange details, and your return must reach us within 5 days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied
• Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
• Return without confirmation email will be rejected without exception.
• Exchange are applicable on regular priced orders only. This exclude orders made with promotional/discount codes/store credit, sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags
• Exchange will be conducted if sizes still available
• Exchange cannot be done with different design
• Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
• All exchange have to be done via our 2 ways courier
• Courier charges (S$4.50) involved in the exchange will be fully borne by the customer
• Item/s will be inspected upon return. We reserve the rights to reject any returns that are not eligible for return (for example washed; wore; altered)
INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We're sorry for sending you a incorrect/defective item.
• Kindly email us at hello@thedesignclosets.com to request for an exchange within 7 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 21 calendar days for international orders without exception
• Please include with images of the item/images of the defective area.
• You will receive an email with exchange details, and your return must reach us within 5 days thereafter. Any return received after the stipulated time will be denied
• Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
• Return without confirmation email will be rejected without exception.
• Item must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
• Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be refund back to you.
• Exchange for the exact same design will be processed.
• In the event that the item you originally purchased is sold out, store credit will be issued to you.
• Measurements stated may vary 0.5"-0.75" as items are mass produced.
• Print placement on apparel may vary unless otherwise stated.
• Colors shown may have slight variances in computer screen calibration. However strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
• Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight small dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item.
• If the above conditions are not met, The Design Closets reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.
• In the event that the defect is concluded not to be a manufacturing defect upon assessment of the product itself, we reserve the right to decline the refund and the shipping fee incurred in this return process.
• No cash refunds will be provided
RETURN FOR CREDIT

• Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
• Do note that customer who misused return will be rejected without exception
• Return are applicable on regular priced orders only. This exclude orders made with promotional/discount codes/store credit, sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories and bags
• All return have to be done via our courier partner
• Courier charges (S$4.50) involved in the return will be fully borne by the customer
• Delivery fees will not be refunded
• Initial delivery fees (S$4.50) will be deduct from credit amount if order value is S$0 after return
• Item/s will be inspected upon return. We reserve the rights to reject any returns that are not eligible for return (for example washed; wore; altered)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS?
Your return parcel will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving it. You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.
