• You may include up to 1–2 styling preferences in your order notes. We will make every effort to honour your primary request, with your secondary preference considered subject to availability.

• Every Grab Bag is carefully packed at random, offering a unique mix tailored to your selected size. Please proceed only if you are comfortable with the element of surprise.

• Pieces may include past-season favourites or unreleased designs, some of which may not be available online.

• As cutting and fabrication differ across collections, size variations are expected. This means you may receive items that run slightly smaller or larger.

• If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting one size up for the best fit.

• Due to manufacturing differences, certain pieces may arrive without tags, but rest assured that all items are brand new.

• Should you receive a defective piece, kindly email us for assistance—we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
