Return & Exchange (Online order)

  • Can I exchange my purchase?
    Yes you can.
    You may exchange your online order. Exchange will be conducted if sizes still available. Exchange cannot be done with different design.
  • Can I return my purchase?
    Yes you can.
    Store credit will only include the amount paid for the item(s), excluding the original delivery fee (S$4.50 Full amount that has been paid to the courier company)

  • How do I return an item?
    Kindly email us at hello@thedesignclosets.com to request for an exchange within 7 calendar days from dispatch date for local orders, or 21 calendar days for international orders without exception.
  • How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?
    Your return parcel will be processed within 10 working days upon receiving it. You will receive an email update once return has been processed.
  • How will I receive my refund?
    Cash refunds are not provided for returns. A store credit will be issued to you once return has been processed.
  • Can I drop off my parcel personally at The Design Closets's office
    Strictly no walk-in drop off. We reserve the rights to reject any returns via walk-in drop off. Our letter box is close as well.
