Return and Exchange

RETURN

At The Design Closets, we seek to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Customer are allow to do an exchange if purchased the wrong size.

• Exchange will be conducted if sizes still available.
• Exchange can be done within the design & different colour.
• Returns are applicable on regular priced orders only. This exclude orders made with promotional/ discount codes, sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags.
• All returns must be done within 10 days upon dispatch.
• All returns has to be done via Normal mail (Sing post), register mail (Sing post) or Courier (Traceable).
• We will not be liable for any lost returns via normal postage or smartpac (Not 100% Traceable).
• Customer will be fully responsible for the postage charges involved in the return.
• All items will be inspected upon return. We reserve the rights to reject any returns that are found to be not suitable for return (eg. Washed).
• Your return parcel will be processed within 10 working days upon receiving it. You will receive an email update once your return has been processed.
• To process all orders and return parcels promptly, we do not allow walk-ins drop off.

• We reserve the rights to reject any returns without arrangement done. 


DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED 

Please email our Customer Care Team at thedesignclosets@gmail.com about it and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please include a photo of the defected area as well as your order number.

The Design Closets will reimburse postage incurred for defected/incorrect item(s) sent to you. 

Item/s must be returned, unworn; unwashed and in brand new condition.
Exchanges must be done within 10 days upon dispatch. 

All exchanges will be done via mailing only.
A full refund will be done only if the item/s you purchased is/are out of stock.
